The Hit Boxing Bag Stand is perfect for athletes who do not have the option of attaching a punch bag to the ceiling. The Punch Bag Stand is compatible with all Hit Boxing bags and is lightweight at only 23kg, but is also robust for intense workouts.
This metal bracket is stabilized on the ground by weights which should be located on the sides and at the rear of the bracket. These weights are not provided. If possible, you are also able to fix the stem to the ground (screws not supplied).
